Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the AI video generation platform at https://www.neirovideo.com/ (the “Site”) processes personal data and other information. The Site is operated by Sole Proprietor (Individual Entrepreneur) SkinWise, IIN 000223500233, Republic of Kazakhstan (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, “our”), trading as “NeiroVideo”.

By submitting personal data and other information to the Operator via the Site, you confirm your consent to their use under this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must stop using the Site. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

1. Definitions

  • Site: The AI video generation platform located at https://www.neirovideo.com/. All exclusive rights to the Site (including software and design) belong to the Operator.
  • User: Any person who uses the Site.
  • Law: The applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Personal Data: User's personal data provided by the User during registration or while using the Site's functionality.
  • Data: Any other information about the User that is not Personal Data.
  • Registration: Completing the registration form on the Site by providing required information.
  • Services: AI-powered video generation services provided by the Operator.
  • Product: The Services and/or any digital content, software licenses, or subscriptions made available by the Operator through the Site.
  • Dodo Payments: Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for certain purchases completed using Dodo's checkout services.
  • Robokassa: Payment service provider that may process certain online card payments for purchases not handled by Dodo Payments.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

2.1. We collect and store only the Personal Data necessary to provide the Services and interact with the User.

2.2. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing Services to the User;
  • Identifying the User;
  • Communicating with the User (including via email);
  • Sending marketing and informational materials via email where the User has provided consent;
  • Conducting statistical and other research to improve the Site and Services.

2.3. We may process the following Personal Data:

  • First name, last name, and (where provided) patronymic/middle name;
  • Email address.

2.4. The User is prohibited from providing Personal Data of third parties on the Site without documented consent from such third parties.

2.5. Additional data categories we may process to operate the Site and fulfill orders:

  • Account and subscription details (selected plan, status, term);
  • Technical and usage data (e.g., IP address, device/browser information, access times, pages viewed), necessary for Site functionality and security;
  • Order identifiers, transaction amounts, currency, and non-card payment metadata;
  • Support communications and records.

Note: We do not store raw cardholder data on our servers. Card data is entered on secure payment pages operated by our payment providers (Dodo Payments and/or Robokassa).

3. How We Process Personal and Other Data

3.1. We process Personal Data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and our internal policies.

3.2. Personal Data remains confidential, except where the data is publicly available or disclosure is required by law.

3.3. We may store archived copies of Personal Data. Data may be stored on servers located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including in the EU).

3.4. We may transfer Personal Data without the User's consent:

  • To governmental authorities upon their substantiated request;
  • In other cases expressly provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.5. We may transfer Personal Data to third parties not listed in 3.4 if:

  • The User has provided consent; or
  • The transfer is necessary to use the Site or provide Services to the User (for example, to payment service providers such as Dodo Payments and/or Robokassa, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools).

3.6. We perform automated processing of Personal Data and Data and may combine Data with Personal Data where necessary for the purposes described.

4. Payment Providers and Merchant of Record

4.1. Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record (MoR)

For certain purchases, Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of the Product for the Operator. This means you purchase the Product from Dodo Payments using Dodo's checkout services, but the Product is licensed to you by the Operator (IE SkinWise, trading as NeiroVideo).

Dodo Payments independently determines certain purposes and means of processing Buyer personal data for those purchases (i.e., acts as an independent controller under applicable law).

4.2. Robokassa

For purchases processed via Robokassa (where Dodo Payments is not the MoR), you will be redirected to Robokassa's secure payment page to complete payment by card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Robokassa processes card data in accordance with applicable security standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Robokassa operates as an independent recipient/processor of payment information required to complete your transaction. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4.3. Card security and storage

Card information is entered on secure pages of Dodo Payments and/or Robokassa and transmitted in encrypted form. We do not store raw cardholder data on our servers.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the context and the Law, we process Personal Data on the basis of:

  • Contract performance and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (e.g., to provide and manage your account and Services);
  • Your consent (e.g., for marketing communications where required);
  • Our legitimate interests (e.g., to ensure Site security, prevent fraud, improve the Services);
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests from authorities).

6. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing and informational materials by email where you have provided consent (and you may withdraw such consent at any time). You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at contact@neirovideo.com. Transactional and service communications related to your account or purchases may still be sent.

7. Data Sharing and Recipients

We may share Personal Data with:

  • Service providers (processors) that help us operate the Site and Services (e.g., hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email, customer support tools).
  • Payment providers (Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record and/or Robokassa) to process transactions and provide buyer support.
  • Advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including within the EU or other jurisdictions) where our service providers host or process data. We take measures to ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data consistent with applicable law.

9. Data Security

We implement necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties. Measures include, among others:

  • Encryption during data transmission where appropriate;
  • Access controls and least-privilege principles for personnel;
  • Use of up-to-date server and application security measures;
  • Vendor risk management for service providers processing Personal Data on our behalf.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Data until:

  • You send us a deletion request; or
  • We determine the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

Deletion/anonymization is performed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of your request, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., for legal, tax, or accounting obligations). Some data (such as order records) may be retained as required by applicable law.

11. Your Rights

Subject to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, you may have the right to:

  • Access your Personal Data and obtain information about its processing;
  • Request correction (rectification) of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
  • Request deletion (erasure) of Personal Data in cases provided by law;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • Object to or restrict processing in cases provided by law.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use necessary cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning, security, and performance of the Site. Where applicable, and if we use non-essential cookies (e.g., for analytics or marketing), we will ask for your consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. This Policy and relations between the User and the Operator are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13.2. Disputes are subject to mandatory pre-trial resolution (response to a claim within 30 business days) and then the competent court at the Operator's place of registration.

13.3. The invalidity of any provision of this Policy shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy unilaterally without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting the updated version on the Site. The User is responsible for reviewing updates.

Security Note for Robokassa

For purchases processed by Robokassa, payment data is transmitted over secure, encrypted channels and processed in accordance with PCI DSS. We do not receive or store your full card details. For payment support related to Robokassa transactions, you may contact support@robokassa.kz
