Payment Methods and Processors

Our website supports global payments and accepts multiple currencies including KZT (Kazakhstani Tenge) and USD (US Dollars). To process transactions we rely on authorized third-party payment partners, including:

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to enter your payment details and email address for the receipt or fiscal check. We use the 3D Secure protocol to confirm payment. If your bank supports this protocol, you will be redirected to the bank's server for additional identification via SMS code. Please verify the rules and methods of additional identification with the bank that issued your bank card.

On the payment page fields, you are required to enter the card number, email address, card expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Then in the same window, your issuing bank's page will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure configured, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code does not arrive, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the internet. It allows unambiguous identification of the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimizes the risk of fraudulent card operations.

Cases of payment refusal:

If your payment did not go through or the transaction was canceled, check:
- Were the details entered correctly? Pay attention to the expiration date of your card and number;
- Are there sufficient funds on your card? You can find out more about the availability of funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
- Is the ability to make online payments enabled? You can find out more about the capabilities of your card by contacting the issuing bank;
- Is your daily limit for online payments sufficient? You can find out more about the limits of your card by contacting the issuing bank.

For questions about failed payment, please contact the support service of the issuing bank that issued your bank card, or the support service of the website where the payment was made.

Security Guarantees

International facilitator: Our merchant-of-record partner processes card data in accordance with PCI DSS requirements and applies industry-standard security measures, including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS) and additional cardholder authentication where required. The partner's privacy notice and payment terms are displayed at checkout.

Kazakhstan acquiring partner: Our domestic payment partner processes card data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology and, where supported, 3D Secure authentication. Card data is not shared with us or other third parties beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction. Online Payment Security

The personal information you provide (e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your bank card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our server.
The security of Internet payment processing is ensured by our authorized payment partners. All operations with payment cards occur in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide and other international payment systems. Specialized security technologies for online card payments are used when transmitting information, and data processing is carried out on secure high-availability servers.

Payment card payment is secure because:

• The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, since this data is not stored on the server in encrypted form and cannot be stolen.
• The buyer enters their payment data directly in the secure payment authorization systems of our payment partners, not on our website, therefore, the buyer's card payment details will not be available to third parties.

Public Offer Agreement

(A public offer is a proposal containing all the essential terms of a contract, from which the will of the person making the proposal to conclude a contract on the terms indicated in the public offer with any person who responds to this proposal can be seen in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

The text of the Agreement is an offer (public offer) to use the online service: AI video generation platform “Neirovideo” at https://www.neirovideo.com/ (hereinafter – the Site), access to which provides the opportunity to receive services and use the information resources of the Site Administrator IE SkinWise (Legal Entity or IE) (hereinafter – the Administrator).

Payment for services presented on the Administrator's website by an individual/legal entity (hereinafter – the User) is acceptance of this public offer, which is equivalent to concluding a contract (hereinafter – the Agreement) on the terms set forth therein.

If the User does not agree with the text of the presented Agreement, the Administrator suggests refusing to use the services provided.

1. Basic Provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs access to and use of the AI video generation platform provided by the Administrator in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2. By using the Site or paying for Services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Services.

1.3. This Agreement is a public offer addressed to an indefinite circle of persons. Acceptance of the offer is effected by paying for the Services or otherwise using the Site's functionality, which has the same legal force as signing a bilateral written agreement.

1.4. Terms used in the text of the Agreement:

• “Offer” - a public offer to use an online service;
• “Acceptance” - unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of the agreement in full;
• “Administrator” - a service provider who owns the site;
• “User” - any individual/legal entity that accepts the terms of the agreement and uses the services presented on the Administrator's website;
• “Services” - Access to the AI video generation platform and related functionality;
• “Site” - a set of software tools that ensures the publication of information and data for public viewing, united by a common purpose, through technical means. The Site is available to Users by a unique electronic address or its letter designation. The Site in the Agreement means the Administration Site located on the Internet at https://www.neirovideo.com/

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Administrator provides access to the AI video generation platform (the Services) on the Site and undertakes to ensure its technical availability within the scope of the selected Service package.

2.2. The current version of the Agreement is located on the Site in public access at: https://www.neirovideo.com/terms.

3. Use of the Online Service

3.1. To receive the Administrator's service, the User selects a tariff plan at their discretion, registers by providing personal data and makes payment.

3.2. The User's payment means unconditional and full agreement with the terms of the Agreement. The day of payment by the User for Services is considered the day of conclusion of the Agreement for the period specified in the service package.

4. Registration on the Site, Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

4.1. The Administrator accepts personal data specified by the User when registering on the Site (name, e-mail, full name) and processes it in accordance with the privacy policy.

4.2. If necessary, the User has the right to edit the data entered about themselves in the personal account on the Site or send an editing request to the email address contact@neirovideo.com.

4.3. The Administrator undertakes not to disclose information received from the User. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable requirements, according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is not considered a breach of obligations.

4.4. The User is responsible for all actions and consequences of using the personal account, for voluntary transfer of access to their personal account to third parties, as well as for unauthorized access. All the listed actions will be considered performed by the User themselves.

5. Acceptable Use and User Content

5.1. The User agrees not to use the Services to: (a) create or distribute content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or contains malware; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or disrupt its normal operation; (c) misrepresent their identity or impersonate third parties; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Services without the Administrator's prior written consent.

5.2. The User retains rights to prompts and assets they upload and grants the Administrator a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services. Generated outputs may be used by the User for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement. The Administrator retains all intellectual property rights to the platform itself, including software, models, and service improvements.

5.3. The Administrator may suspend or terminate access to the Services if the User breaches the acceptable use requirements. Unless prohibited by law, prepaid amounts for the remaining period may be forfeited in case of material violations.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. Administrator:

• Undertakes to provide technical support and provide complete information within the package Services.
• Undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data;
• Is not responsible in connection with information provided by the User.
• Has the right to unilaterally change the terms of providing Services and make changes to the version of the Agreement.

6.2. User:

• Bears full responsibility for the correctness of information entered when registering on the Administrator's Site, as well as for the untimely submission of changes to registration data;
• Bears personal responsibility for any actions performed using their personal account, as well as for any consequences that such use by third parties could or did entail with improper storage by the User of login and password.
• Has the right to use the services of the Site in their interests, without directly interfering with its work.

7. Payment Procedure

7.1. Payment is made to the Administrator's account by bank cards or other non-cash methods after registration according to the following tariff plans (Service packages): Access to the AI video generation platform. Payments are accepted in multiple currencies including KZT (Kazakhstani Tenge) and USD (US Dollars), with global payment support.

7.2. Services are provided subject to 100% prepayment, trial periods are not provided.

7.3. The Administrator independently controls the expiration date of the provision of Services.

7.4. The User is responsible for the correctness of payments.

7.1. Recurring (Recurrent) Charges

When subscribing, the User consents to recurring charges for the cost of the selected plan through the payment service provider. Recurrent charge parameters:

• Regular payment amount: the fixed cost of the selected subscription plan in the applicable currency (KZT or USD), displayed on the subscription checkout page. In case of a price change, the Administrator notifies the User at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the next charge, and the User has the right to cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.
• Charge frequency: monthly (every 30 calendar days) from the date of successful payment for the first period.
• Duration of charges: until the subscription is canceled by the User or the Administrator in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
• Condition for disabling recurring payments: disabling is available at any time before the date of the next charge. After disabling, the subscription continues until the end of the already paid period.
• Methods of disabling: (i) independently through the subscription management page on the Site https://www.neirovideo.com/subscription/manage; (ii) by sending a request to the Administrator's email contact@neirovideo.com.

8. Liability of the Parties, Dispute Resolution

8.1. For non-performance or improper performance of their obligations, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2. All disputes arising between the Parties in the performance of this Offer are resolved through peaceful negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement between the Parties, the dispute is considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the arbitration court at the place of registration of the Administrator.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform or that generated content will meet the User's expectations.

8.4. The aggregate liability of the Administrator for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the Services during the 3 (three) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Administrator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

9. Term of the Agreement and its Termination

9.1. The public offer enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the Offer and is valid during the period of providing access to the Administrator's Site.

9.2. The Administrator has the right to block access to the server in the following cases:

• Upon receiving orders from state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• In case of violation of copyright and related rights;
• Upon a motivated appeal by third parties in case of violation of their rights;
• Upon detection of information prohibited by law, posted by the User.

9.3. The User has the right to request termination of the Services. Refusal of Services is accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving access to the Site by sending a written statement from the User to the Administrator's e-mail with an explanation of motivated reasons for refusal. Refunds are provided only for unused Services; amounts corresponding to consumed credits or generated outputs are not refundable. Claims submitted after the specified period are not accepted.

9.4. Refund of funds is made by the Administrator minus the monetary amount for actually rendered Services within 14 (fourteen) calendar days to the User's details specified in the application after confirmation by the Administrator of motivated reasons for refusal of Services.

9.5. In case of violations of the Agreement terms, prepaid funds are not refunded.

10. Other Conditions

10.1. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement in whole or in part without agreement with the User. The current version is published in public access on the Site.

10.2. This version of this Agreement is current and cancels the previous version.

10.3. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement during force majeure events. These include such events as: natural phenomena, military actions, mass riots, as well as the adoption by state authorities of legislative acts that prevent the fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement. In this case, the fulfillment of obligations by both Parties is postponed for the duration of the force majeure circumstances and their consequences.

10.4. In everything else that is not provided by the terms of this Agreement, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
